Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Condition: Unopened, unused, original packaging
  • Opened Supplements: Cannot be returned for safety reasons
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • Contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item
  • Provide photos of the damage when possible
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided

Return Shipping

  • Damaged or incorrect items: We pay return shipping
  • All other returns: Customer pays return shipping

We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Pack items securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
